Great location, helpful staff, good food, clean rooms, reasonable prices, beautiful forest surroundings.

half an hour before the end of breakfast time and the restaurant opening times the staff began with the preparation of the next meal -> annoying clatter of plates and around going staff

Staff was excellent, thanks a lot for everything. It is near to the airport. Nice comfy base for your vacations in Sopron...

I recently stayed at a hotel nestled in a protected forest area on the outskirts of a charming Hungarian town. The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by the Loverek hills and right on the edge of the forest. It was perfect for exploring the natural surroundings and going on walks. The hotel itself had everything I needed, from clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony to friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the special pillow provided in the room, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

It is set in lovely scenery. The trees surrounding the hotel are stunning in both winter and summer. It is quiet yet only 15 minutes away from Sopron and the bus stops outside. I have stayed at the hotel three times, always on my own as I have been having some dental work done in Sopron. The food was always mediocre but on this last occasion I felt there was a distinct improvement with both the breakfasts and dinners. The staff are courteous. The only disadvantage is that very few speak any English. Being so near the Austrian border their main second language is German. It would be nice to have free wi fi in the bedrooms. It is available but expensive. However there is free wi fi in the lobby area although it is not too reliable. The swimming pool is adequate and there is a jaqucci and sauna. The beauty section on the top floor appears to offer a full selection of treatments. The hotel is very reasonably priced and good value

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location, nestled in a protected forest area, was fine.

The sauna, breakfast option and the restaurant across the road

The spa was closed for the whole morning of one visit which was unfortunate and often there was no one at the desk to the pool area which was frustrating as I needed a towel. The menu at the restaurant for dinner I found quite restricting so I went for every meal to the restauant Moa across the road, where excellent menu and service exist.

Excellent meals, especially breakfast buffet. No AC, but windows have built-in screens. Beautiful forest location. Helpful and friendly staff. Great stay!

The pool area was a bit uninviting. Could not figure out how/where to turn on the jets for the jacuzzi. No attendant to ask when we were there.

The environment that the hotel is set in is beautiful and calm. The staff was professional and helpful. Also, the breakfast was very rich and diverse.

I had a really good stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Sopron. The location is perfect for nature lovers, as it is nestled in a protected forest area and situated on the slope of a hill right by a forest. It offers a great opportunity to engage in outdoor activities and take long walks in the beautiful surroundings.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
